We have tried this approach and had a lot of appointments booked inappropriate therefore a created a lot of wasted Nurse appointments.

Less waiting times for an appointment
Our target for routine appointments are within 2 weeks we are still achieving this target. If you have an emergency you can contact us at 8am or send a message through our website for a same day
Easier access to quicker appointments for people who work
We do have an extended service evenings and weekends contact the practice to book appointments
Send prescriptions to chemist on time waiting for a call so I can get my Oramorph
All prescriptions will be sent electronic to your Pharmacy on the date it is due, if you have any problems please contact the practice direct so we can resolve any issues

You can request a double appointment for complex conditions just request when booking your appointments

We do strive to keep to appointment time but if an emergency occurs in the practice we must make the patient a priority

All staff have annual mandatory training on many aspects of general practice

Nothing the service was outstanding as always
The phone queue is a nightmare I was 20 in the que
Please listen to options of a call back rather than waiting in the queue as soon as a phone line comes free you will be called back

We do send a text message to remind you of your appointments the day before. Please ensure your mobile number is up to date with the practice
Have a Saturday morning emergencies only
If you require an emergency appointment on a Saturday call 111, we also offer on our extended access evening up to 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday appointment these are at Newton Health Health Centre and are book through your Practice
Reception team are welcoming and very friendly
