Female Doctor would be good

We will be recruiting a new doctor in the near future, and would employ a female if possible. We do have a female female Physician Assistant and also female doctors at our extended clinic

Open doors before 8am for patients to book in

Are opening hours are 8am to 6:30pm f your appointment is 8am as soon as booked in the clinician will call you in

Have more nurses to do bloods

Due to constraints on room availability we are unable to employee more nurses. We do not have a long wait for blood test. Wwe can also send you to Newton Heath Health Centre which is our extended service on a Saturday

I want an Urdu translator to be available as well

When booking an appointment you request a translator, we then give you a longer appointment with a translator

Slimming injections as they still don't do them

We have a strict criteria for prescribing slimming injections that we have to adhere to. Once a patient fits the criteria they will be invited to make an appointment with the doctor to discuss this further

Ban Phones

Patients do use phones in waiting area if they are loud we do request they turn them down whilst in practice.. We are unable to ban phones

Quicker face to face appointments with Doctor

Are appointments for Gp's are within 2 weeks, however if you want a specific doctor you may have to wait a little longer due to annual leave or other commitments

Not a lot perhaps a Saturday Surgery

We do hold a Saturday surgery at our extended service this is held at Newton Heath Health Centre to book an appointment contact our reception team

If they say call appointment make sure this happens now it looks like I have missed an appointment as was communicated wrong

We send apologies as our normal process is patient is given a choice of a face to face or telephone appointment if appropriate.

We have 12 very poor rating

This is an error as patient's scored very poor but then gave a very positive review. If you do give a poor rating we would appreciate feedback
