Quicker face to face appointments with Doctor

Are appointments for Gp's are within 2 weeks, however if you want a specific doctor you may have to wait a little longer due to annual leave or other commitments

Not a lot perhaps a Saturday Surgery

We do hold a Saturday surgery at our extended service this is held at Newton Heath Health Centre to book an appointment contact our reception team

It is very good everything is perfect

If they say call appointment make sure this happens now it looks like I have missed an appointment as was communicated wrong

We send apologies as our normal process is patient is given a choice of a face to face or telephone appointment if appropriate.

We have 12 very poor rating

This is an error as patient's scored very poor but then gave a very positive review. If you do give a poor rating we would appreciate feedback

More Face to Face appointments

All patients have a choice when booking an appointments how they would like this delivered Telephone or Face to Face, not all appointments can be delivered by telephone it depends on the medical condition if an examination is needed

Have appointments quicker

We have routine appointments within a 2 week timeframe and emergency appointments on the day that are bookable from 8am

Not a thing everything is fine

Maybe have appointments online for Nurses

We have tried this approach and had a lot of appointments booked inappropriate therefore a created a lot of wasted Nurse appointments.

We ring the mobile number on your medical file, it is important that all patients notify the practice of any changes and keep details up to date

Less waiting times for an appointment

Our target for routine appointments are within 2 weeks we are still achieving this target. If you have an emergency you can contact us at 8am or send a message through our website for a same day

Easier access to quicker appointments for people who work

We do have an extended service evenings and weekends contact the practice to book appointments

Send prescriptions to chemist on time waiting for a call so I can get my Oramorph

All prescriptions will be sent electronic to your Pharmacy on the date it is due, if you have any problems please contact the practice direct so we can resolve any issues
