Why does it take so long to answer your phone I rang at 8 and was 15 in the queue
8am is our busiest period of the day, if it is not an emergency please ring after 10am also you can book appointments order prescriptions on line if you do not have on-line access contact the practice for advice of how to register.

Calling in screen should beep, We fully agree we have now escalated this in Emis support our IT support, this is a common theme on feedback

Not having patients wait to long to see a Doctor or Nurse. We offer appointments within a 2 week period for ongoing medical conditions and monitor our appointment system closely to ensure we meet targets. For acute medical conditions phone at 8am for a same day appointment

Get results on specimen quicker than 3 days Sorry we have no way of receiving the results back quicker from lab, As soon as the test is complete at the lab they are sent electronically.

To be able to not have to wait 2 weeks for a blood test. Response: This will now improve due to we had an HCA off sick which reduced capacity this has now resolved

Could have more face to face to appointment.
All appointments are patient choice of telephone consultation or face to face. There will be times when telephone consultation requested by patients that is then changed to a face to face as not safe to deliver consultation without an examination
